What the Website Provides

This site is a private guide to public inmate, jail, court, and custody-status resources. It does not store official Ellis County booking records and cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or file court documents.

The pages point visitors toward resources such as the Ellis County Jail roster, Oklahoma court-record portals, ODOC lookup tools, VINELink, BOP, ICE, and third-party research tools.

Rules for Use

• Do not use the site in a way that violates any law.
• Do not use information found through the site to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other FCRA-covered decisions.
• Do not try to access systems, pages, or data without authorization.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated harvesting tools against the site.
• Do not interfere with the site's operation or other visitors' use of it.

No Consumer Reporting Services

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not create or provide consumer reports, credit reports, background checks, or screening products. You agree not to use information from this site or linked partner tools for any FCRA-covered purpose, including:

• Employment, hiring, promotion, discipline, or firing decisions.
• Tenant screening or housing eligibility.

Outside Links

The site links to jail rosters, sheriff and corrections pages, Oklahoma government portals, court resources, legal-information sources, and outside search providers. Those sites are separate from this one. We do not control their content, uptime, prices, data practices, or terms, and a link does not mean endorsement.

The site is provided as is and as available. We make no promise that:

• Information is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your purpose.
• The site will be available without interruption.
• The site will be free from errors, bugs, or security problems.

Custody status, charges, court events, release dates, and public-record availability can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement from the Ellis County Sheriff's Office, a court, ODOC, BOP, ICE, or another government agency.

Severability

If a court finds one part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. The invalid part will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable when the law allows.
